You will be met at the Harbour, Airport, or your Hotel in Antalya.

The journey from Antalya to Pamukkale (Hierapolis) takes approximately 3 hours with a break halfway for your convenience.

Upon arrival in Pamukkale, enjoy an open buffet lunch before heading to the South Gate of Pamukkale (Hierapolis).

Your knowledgeable Tour Guide will lead you through the Necropolis, a vast ancient cemetery boasting 1,200 graves, as well as the Roman Bath, Domitian Gate, and the Main Street, Byzantium Gate within Hierapolis.

Following the tour, there will be a break allowing you the option to swim in the Ancient Pool, also known as the Cleopatra Pool. Please note that there is an additional fee for swimming in the pool. Warmed by natural hot springs and adorned with submerged fragments of ancient marble columns, the Cleopatra Pool is a unique opportunity to swim among historical artifacts. It is believed to be associated with the Temple of Apollo and was once surrounded by columned porticoes, which now rest beneath the water.

Alternatively, you may choose to explore the natural warm water terraces formed by calcium-rich hot springs. These gleaming white travertine terraces, adjacent to the ruins of Hierapolis, offer a stunning sight. The cascading effect is created as carbon dioxide is released from the hot springs, depositing layers of limestone as the water flows down the slopes. This unique geological formation gives Pamukkale its name, meaning “cotton castle.”
